Addition of description for registered resource in the international Internet-catalogue

      Data on informational resources in international Internet-catalogue can be represented on UNESCO official languages (English or/and French) and also on the state language of the country-participant, where the server of international Internet-catalogue is placed (Russian). So, You can add the description of informational resource, which have been already registered in the catalogue in one of the pointed languages, on hte other language.

      For addition of description You should point informational resource, registered in catalogue. You can do it in two ways:
